Patient advocate Ruth Fein has been living with MPN for nearly 30 years. She was first diagnosed with essential thrombocythemia (ET) then polycythemia vera (PV) and was later diagnosed with myelofibrosis. She shares how she’s been on a clinical trial for the last 3 years and how it’s helped her live a very active and full life.

In this conversation, she speaks with Dr. Serge Verstovsek, founder and director of the largest MPN clinical research center in the world, and Dr. Naveen Pemmaraju, director of MD Anderson’s rare disease program and executive director of the Cancer Network.
