Meet Peter and Kiki from Portland, Oregon. They sail a Vision 444. A relatively new Catamaran brand from South Africa. But not only the boat and the brand are new. Peter and Kiki were also new to sailing catamarans and the cruising life when they ordered the boat. But that didn’t scare them. They jumped at it, built their dream boat and have since sailed from South Africa to the Caribean and the US. Quite the adventure, especially considering Peter has Diabetes. Let’s find out what got them sold on the boat and how they manage to sail offshore with diabetes.
