420 Sailing - Intro to Double-handed - With Erika Reineke & Liza Toppa

This week we are getting into double-handed sailing! Erika Reineke & Liza Toppa give us some awesome insight on how to perform like a champion in the 420. We have some awesome videos coming up in the next couple of episodes, with on-the-water footage with Erika & Liza...so stay tuned!

Erika Reineke is a Four-time Collegiate All-American, Four-time College Singlehanded National Champion, 2017 Quantum Women's Sailor of the Year, and the 2017 US Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year. Erika, too, is an Olympic level laser radial sailor who has been coaching at Lauderdale Yacht Club many years now.

Liza is a two-time Collegiate National Champion. She is currently a student at the College of Charleston, and has many accolades under her belt in the sailing world.
