Описание к видео Henslee "retired" with 2 active lawsuits haunting his department, but there was "No Drama" going on!

On the campaign trail for Klamath County Commissioner #1, Dave Henslee, states there was "No Drama" going on when he "retired", and was "not fired, but left on his own terms" in 2021. At the time Henslee had not one, but two active lawsuits haunting his department!

Check out Henslee's "end of career" timeline of drama:

Mar 30, 2015 David (Dave) Henslee is sworn in as Police Chief of the City of Klamath Falls, Oregon.(https://kobi5.com/news/local-news/hen...)

Feb 28, 2019 The Cisneros ET al v. City of Klamath Falls Oregon lawsuit is filed 1:2019cv00296
against David Henslee, City of Klamath Falls, Eric Nobel, Bill Adams, Kendall Bell and Nathan Cherpeski alleging racial bias in policing and asks for $11.75 million dollars in damages. (   • Lawsuit Acknowledged and Constitution 2:11...  )

While Henslee is "innocent until proven guilty", the Oregon Constitution makes ineligible for office—any elected candidate with lingering financial liabilities, past sums due, or damages associated with prior positions they held in public trust—until all liabilities are accounted for and paid according to the law. As such, an active, unsettled, workplace lawsuit may disqualify candidate, Dave Henslee, from taking office in Klamath County, if elected by voters, until all conditions of Oregon Constitution Section 2, Article 11 are fulfilled.

May 5, 2022 Dave Henslee at the Chiloquin, Oregon Candidate’s Forum for Klamath County Commissioner position #1, stated that there was "No drama" going on when he retired! The facts are Henslee retired with 2 active cases haunting his department, career and the City of Klamath Falls.

When asked if he'd run for office if he'd caused a similar liability in a prior position of public trust, said he'd recuse himself and exit the race, his opponent Allen Headley, pointed out that the Oregon Constitution actually makes ineligible such candidates from assuming ANY office of public trust who MAY have unaccounted for financial liabilities until paid off as required by Section 2, Article 11 of the Oregon Constitution before swearing in. (   • Lawsuit Acknowledged and Constitution 2:11...  )

At present: None of the individuals named in the active Cisneros ET al v. City of Klamath Falls Oregon lawsuit works for the City of Klamath Falls.

Basically, Henslee is at the mercy of the court system to finish their business with Cisneros ET al v. City of Klamath Falls so his liability may be "accounted for and paid over according to law, all sums for which he MAY be liable.” In short, drama or no end of career drama, Henslee MAY find himself ineligible to hold elected office due to the Oregon Constitution's Section 2, Article 11.
