At our GDTA Spotlight on January 26th, 2023, Ivar Björkman, Executive Director of Openlab, and Maria Stockhaus, Service Designer and Innovation Leader at the South Hospital Stockholm, talked about “How Design Thinking creates impact in public organizations.”

Since its start ten years ago, Openlab has been using Design Thinking as its core mindset/methods to develop new innovative solutions to societal challenges within the Stockholm region. In this webinar, they shared their experiences, both success stories but also challenges, on how Design Thinking can create an impact in public organizations through collaboration with universities.
