When you want to capture a bigger scene than for example the mug of coffee in front of you, you might feel overwhelmed by all the information - where to start and how to translate all of it onto your page?
Today's technique is yet again a way to distract your mind from all the details.
We're painting first, quickly, with a limited palette. With that, you have created guiding shapes for your line that you will add next.
