Giant Scale RC Boeing B-29 Superfortress (Don Smith Plans) -- Bomberfield 2021

The B-29 is a really interesting bomber design from late WWII. It ended up being one of the most expensive projects from the war in fact. This B-29 from Bomberfield, built from a Don Smith plan, was a really nice looking model that was quite large at 141" span. It was powered by 4 gas engines and dropped a Gene Simmons paratrooper, haha! Unfortunately, one of the mains stuck for the flight, but was still fun to see it fly. #B29Superfortress #ParachuteDrop #ScaleModel
