In this tutorial i will show you HOW TO FIX "Microsoft Store not Downloading / Installing Apps in Windows 10" Error.
This error will be solved by 5 methods:

1. Update Windows 10.
2. Run Troubleshoot from Windows Settings.
3. Manual reset of the Microsoft Store.
4. Run WSReset from Start and waits for the process to complete.
5. Run CMD as Administrator and type the following:
icacls "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /reset /t /c /q
