City lawyer Kenneth Kwesiga Bateyo has been sentenced to fives years in prison, and his co-convict to 10 years in prison on charges of Fraud, conspiracy to defraud and forgery of a land title.
The three, prosecution proved to court beyond reasonable doubt that, they defrauded a one Rashid Ndaula 330 million to sale him land comprised in Lubowa Wakiso district.
