More than 100,000 people attended this year's Artscape, but that's just the start of a jam-packed event calendar for the city. In a few weeks, Druid Hill Park will host AFRAM. Then, Charm City Live comes next along with all the Baltimore Orioles games and neighborhood festivals sprinkled in between. Perhaps what's more important than the artists taking the stage at these events is keeping everyone at the venues safe, which is certainly the priority of the Baltimore Police Department. Just this past week, 11 News got an inside look at the Baltimore Office of Emergency Management's operations center, where officials collaborate with first responders across different agencies.
