Zaman Ta Kuruju Ja was originally composed in July 2015 by Emmanuel Kembe at the request of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to become the campaign theme song for the promotion of the Comprehensive Agriculture Master Plan and the Irrigation Development Master Plan (CAMP-IDMP), which is the nation's investment plan for transformation of the agriculture sector. CAMP-IDMP was formulated over the course of three years as result of direct support from Government of Japan, which was administered by JIN Corporation, JICA consultants. CAMP-IDMP combines the efforts of four line ministries within the Government of South Sudan. The line ministries include: the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation and the Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries.
