Ingredients:

Roasted Veggies Ingredients:
-1 onion, sliced
-1 sweet bell pepper of the color you want, sliced into ½ -inch thick strips
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-Salt & pepper to taste
-Bake in a baking sheet at 425F for 10-12 minutes

Sweet Chili Beef Ingredients:
-1 tablespoon oil
-3 cloves of garlic, minced (about 1, ½ tablespoons)
-500 grams ground beef (about 1 lbs)
-Salt & pepper, to taste
-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
-4 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce

Sweet Chili Mayo (for topping):
-2 tablespoons of mayo
-1 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
-2 tablespoons of water

Base Ingredients:
-1 cup rice, cooked
-Romaine lettuce, chopped
