Today I have another great tip from Vijay Rathinam for professional audio post workflow on what he calls the Picture Cut Track.

Using Vordio he converts an EDL file to a REAPER session with empty items marking all the cuts of the video. After copying to track his sound design session, he can easily see where scenes start and end, easily setting time selections, and greatly reducing the time required insert ambience layers.
