Synopsis :

Dhananand and Seleucus attack the army of Maurya kingdom. Chandragupta and Chanakya fight against the armies. Seleucus is defeated by Chanakya whereas Dhananand is defeated by Chandragupta who then kills him. The cremation ceremony of Dhananand takes place after following Chanakya's instructions. Amatya Rakshas realises his mistake and apologises to Chanakya for failing to give importance to his motherland. Chanakya completes his promise and ties his 'shikha' in the courtroom of Magadha kingdom. He appoints Amatya Rakshas to help Chandragupta in the management of the state affairs. He then decides to release his economics book and share it with the people.

धनानंद और सेल्यूकस मौर्य साम्राज्य की सेना पर हमला करते हैं। चंद्रगुप्त और चाणक्य सेनाओं के खिलाफ लड़ते हैं। सेल्यूकस चाणक्य से पराजित होता है जबकि धनानंद चंद्रगुप्त द्वारा पराजित होता है जो फिर उसे मार देता है। चाणक्य के निर्देशों का पालन करने के बाद धनानंद का दाह संस्कार होता है। अमात्य राक्षसों को अपनी गलती का एहसास होता है और अपनी मातृभूमि को महत्व देने में विफल रहने के लिए चाणक्य से माफी मांगते हैं। चाणक्य ने अपना वादा पूरा किया और मगध साम्राज्य के दरबार में अपनी 'शिखा' बांध दी। वह राज्य मामलों के प्रबंधन में चंद्रगुप्त की मदद करने के लिए अमात्य राक्षसों की नियुक्ति करता है। फिर वह अपनी अर्थशास्त्र की किताब का विमोचन करने और उसे लोगों के साथ साझा करने का फैसला करता है।
