MediCrystal Mat EMF emission was around 0.5-1.5mG ( max 2mG ) on the older models of mats prior to 2016.

2016 year mats show less then 1mG EMF emission ( usually not more then 0.2-0.5mG ) during testing.

if you are EMF sensitive, you should be aware that some parts of all brands FIR mats are difficult to shield and they emit relatively higher levels.

These parts are generally the plugs, the wires, the connection terminal and the controllers themselves.

MediCrystal™ FIR Mat controllers emit up to 3-5mG.

Though it is still on the safe levels but for sleeping it is better to put the controller in some distance from your head ( same as you should do with the phone charger, desk lamp or any other electrical devices ).

Also it is better to use the Amethyst pillow ( or at least the standard one ) to avoid the occasional contacts between your head and the connection terminal.

If you are EMF sensitive, and would like to have bigger mat for sleeping ( Compact Pro or Professional size ) it would be recommended to sleep with your feet towards the terminal which is situated near the logo on the top of the mat…

On the Mats with PEMF function when PEMF is ON all measuring devices register high EMF which is the sign of PEMF system proper functioning.
