In this video, we show the complete process of making a 3D Illusion Lamp using a CO₂ laser cutting machine. This lamp is designed with precision and high-quality acrylic materials to achieve a clean, professional, and premium look.
The top panel is made from 3mm transparent acrylic, and the entire design is engraved on the reverse side. Reverse engraving keeps the front side smooth, neat, and crystal clear, while allowing the engraved lines to glow beautifully when the light is turned on. This technique also protects the design from scratches and dust.
For the base, we use 3mm black acrylic, which provides excellent strength and a modern contrast to the glowing top panel. In the center of the base, 6mm transparent acrylic is used to create a solid light bar holder. This thicker acrylic helps distribute the light evenly across the engraved design.
The lamp is powered by a 12V DC LED light, which is energy-efficient, safe, and long-lasting. When illuminated, the light travels through the acrylic and highlights every engraved detail, creating a stunning 3D illusion effect.
This type of lamp is perfect for personalized gifts, wedding décor, anniversary presents, home decoration, and custom name lamps. All designs are laser-cut and engraved with high accuracy using professional CO₂ laser machines.
