Daggerfall Unity is an open-source recreation of Daggerfall.It uses the Unity game engine to rewrite the game with updated graphics and mechanics, as well as full mod support through Nexus Mods. And in January 2024, After several years in development, and the efforts of many people, Daggerfall Unity is finally complete with version 1.0 release.
