pH test for vitamin C serums? The science

No hate to Angie - I love her videos - but pH isn't a reliable test for whether a vitamin C serum works.

And part of the reason why this misconception has been all over the internet for the last 20 years is that the researchers REALLY didn't summarise their own research accurately. Never take the abstract at face value!
