Half Flat: Airplane Fold

Here is how you do a modified Airplane Fold for the GMD half flats, both the muslin and the birdseye. It works really well on these. The Airplane Fold has relatively even absorbency throughout, which makes it good for boys and girls as well as side and back sleepers. The rise is adjustable, and it is also easy to do jelly roll legs, making this an ideal fold for newborns.

These folds can be used on other half flats as well. Just keep the measurements in mind when trying them out. The Muslin measures about 16 x 26 inches where as the birdseye measures about 14 x 27 inches.
