Blessing Prayer for Meals

Heavenly Father,

We gather with grateful hearts for the bounty before us.
We thank You for the sun and rain that nourished this food,
The hands that cultivated and prepared it,
And the blessings that bring it to our table.

Bless this meal and nourish our bodies.
May it strengthen us for the tasks ahead and fuel our spirits with gratitude.

As we share this meal, may we also share love, laughter, and meaningful conversation.

Mindful of those less fortunate,
We ask that you fill empty plates and open hearts to compassion.
