Meet Minai, a lovely 39-year-old woman from South Korea. She has been in disability services for about 18 years. She was able to manage her learning difficulties and intellectual disabilities. Minai now follows a routine that helps her maintain a sense of structure and stability. Minai's carers help her with her behaviors and social problems by bringing her out into the community and socializing with others. With the help of BlueWing Staff, Minai was able to build confidence and become happier. Her carers taught her different ways of approaching behaviors.
