MAC AND CHEESE INGREDIENTS:
For the Pasta:
► Salt to taste
► 1 lb large Elbow Pasta
► Pan spray
► Colby Jack cheese
► Sharp Cheddar cheese
► Parsley flakes
For the Cheese Sauce:
► 1 cup Smoked Gouda cheese
► 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese
► 1 cup Colby Jack cheese
► 6 tbsp butter
► 3 minced garlic cloves
► 3 tbsp all purpose flower
► 4 cups half & half (at room temperature)
► 1 tsp garlic powder
► 1 tsp dry mustard
► 1 tsp paprika
► 1/2 tsp black pepper
► Pinch of cayenne pepper
► Pinch of nutmeg
► Salt to taste
