This Abandoned Japanese Racing Game is a Masterpiece

While the market is currently dominated by Wangan Midnight and the wait for Nightrunners, 20 years ago a group of developers had already made a breakthrough in the Highway Racing subgenre with Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3, the 4th entry in the TXR series and an often forgotten masterpiece which deserves more recognition
