One Use for the Behringer Multicom Pro-XL MDX4600.

I use the two right channels of the Compressor/Limiter as protection for my amplifier and speakers against possible mic drops and such. The left two channels are connected right after the mixer and before the Behringer UMC404HD audio interface.

The audio used in this video was captured with the camera that is recording the video.

It also may be worth mentoning that I do a lot of nature recording, and recording of thunderstorms. So using the limiter portion of this device before the audio interface makes a lot of sense when it comes to recording thunder or even fireworks, where both can completely saturate the inputs of the interface and cause distortion.

Any time that you see the red peak indicators illuminating, it's usually an indicator that the audio has in deed clipped, rather than simply coming close to doing so.
