Travel Diaries: Baguio 1.1 | Exploring the City of Pines, Café and Restaurant Hopping, Museum Visit

This is my first time exploring Baguio, the summer capital of the Philippines, due to its cool climate being high up in the mountains of Benguet. Well, I’ve been to some of its areas on a detour from my trips, but I never had the chance to see the rest of the city, or rather, I was never interested in doing so because of how overcrowded it is. Besides, Sagada has always been my go-to local getaway whenever I want to escape Manila's heat. However, I had just been in Sagada a couple of months ago and was not in the mood to take a 12-hour bus ride, which is sadly the only way to get there. So, at last, I decided to give Baguio a chance and went with my churchmates at the last minute. I'm so glad I did, because I fell in love with the city’s dreamy charm.
