In this video, I will show you how can you can re-enable grub to boot into your Linux OS in dual boot setup with Windows 11. After installing a linux os alongside windows 11 in your computer, if you once set the boot priority to windows bootloader in the UEFI, grub will disappear completely from the UEFI even if GRUB is still there in the EFI Partition. To fix this you need to set GRUB to priority again. In this video I will be showing that. Here is the list of commands and their explanations that I used in the process.

• bcdedit /enum firmware
Use this command to list out all the boot entries registered in the UEFI Firmware Chip on the motherboard of your computer.
bcdedit is a command line utility from windows that helps us to do modifications with the UEFI and the bootloaders.
enum means to enumerate (or list out)
firmware refers to the firmware stored on your computer's UEFI Firmware Chip.

• bcdedit /set {fwbootmgr} displayorder {GRUB ID in your system} {bootmgr}
Use this command to change the priority of the bootloaders. The first bootloader ID will get first priority and the second one will get second priority.
fwbootmgr means the firmware boot manager, which essentially refers to the registered data of the bootloaders stored in the firmware chip.
