Lebanon, a country of only 4 million people, has the largest number of refugees per capita in the world. The Lebanese Government estimates there are 1.5 million refugees in the Lebanon. More arrive every day. Global Health TV has an exclusive report from Bekaa Valley where 700 000 refugees are currently living in informal settlements and tents. Global Health TV looks at the work of World Vision and the Lebanese Cash Consortium who are struggling to meet the basic needs of this vulnerable community.
