On Monday we woke up to the news that major chicken producers in the country are threatening to downsize their operations because they are struggling to maintain their profitability due to the import onslaught. This will of course have an impact on jobs. The South African Poultry Association is the mother body of some of these producers and their Chief Executive Officer, Kevin Lovell, joins us in studio. We're also joined by Katishi Masemola who is the General Secretary of the Food and Allied Workers Union, who have called on Trade and Industry minister to something.
