I saw a couple of other mentions of this on the internet but no videos.. This happened to me shortly after buying the amp new from an authorized distributor/shop.

Symptoms:
adjusting the volume in either direction will trigger the volume to drift lower until its muted (it is moving the knob itself)
i have reset all my remotes, i have changed input modes. It happens in arc, bluetooth, usb- so assume it happens in any mode (and thus doesn't appear to be an input issue)
if i turn it off either hard or soft power button and turn it back on, it will stop drifting again until the volume is adjusted once more
it doesnt matter if i adjust by hand with the knob or by external remote
sometimes im able to stop it drifting by pressing volume down on the remote, about 30-50% of the time that seems to stop it continuing to drift lower
it seems to not drift if the volume is set between around 2 to 4 o clock

makes me think it's possibly a physical knob/mechanical issue.. but maybe software?
