A guide for Falling:
Initially you may wish to employ a gym mat.
Start slowly, ensure you have space to fall into.
Do not put your hands down. Control your weight and descent, get low.
Use your natural 'cushion'.
Do not roll down the spine.
'Turtle' (keep your back rounded) with arms in front and keep your head off the floor.
