In this video, you will see a conversation between Grace and Dr. Casey. Grace is a 93-year-old woman living in LTC due to increased care needs. She has been having issues with diarrhea, which she finds embarrassing and problematic. She has asked to speak with Dr. Casey to discuss this.

The goal of shared decision-making is to improve the quality of decisions and strategies for care planning and medication use.
