I was headed to Ueno Zoo in Tokyo the other day.
Ueno Zoo is where Gentaro and Annie are scheduled to be paired up.
On that day, Haoko and his son Riki were patrolling the area, alert to something.

Ueno Zoo has two habitats for gorillas.
Currently, Haoko's group of silverback gorillas lives at Ueno Zoo.
Haoko is a offspring of the great silverback gorilla Kibabu, the brother of Shabani, and the uncle of Annie.

Haoko has the largest build among silverback gorillas in Japan.
If Gentaro and Annie ever get the chance to see Haoko, they will be surprised by his size.
Additionally, Momoko, Gentaro's grandmother, is also at Ueno Zoo.

Ai: Female Born February 27, 2003
Kiyomasa: Male Born November 1, 2012
Annie: Female Born June 2, 2013

Shabani was born in the Appenheul Primate Park, Netherlands.
Nene was born wild in Cameroon.
The other three were born in the Higashiyama Zoo in Japan.
