2015 Honda Repsol Fireblade with new Akrapovic GP Slipon exhaust

After selling my 2013 Fireblade I bought a new Ducati Panigale 899 which was beautiful. I love Ducati's having had around 10 of them over the years.
Unfortunately I had to part with the 899 and I did not expect to be able to get a bike for a while but I was offered a fantastic deal via HUNTS HONDA in Manchester which enabled me to buy a brand new bike for a relatively low monthly outlay.
If you are looking for a Honda it is worth trying John at hunts.

Anyway, back to the Repsol !

With the 2014/15/16 models having diffferent diameter headers for the Eu market you are restricted in the choice of exhausts unless you fit the earlier headers.

The best looking brands in my opinion are the Akrapovic, Racefit and Austin Racing, as you can see I chose the Akrapovic simply because of the price I got it for.

I have to say that it looks stunning and sounds incredible. It is full titanium and the build quality is fantastic.The video does not do justice to the sound. It only weighs around 1kg in comparison to the 5.9kg of the standard exhaust, quite a saving in weight.

The weather is just starting to pick up so hopefully I will get out on the bike very soon and sample the sound properly.
