One must try to understand all
& attempt to help others move out of suffering as you do with yourself.

To remove the distinction between self and other,
to remove the mentality that divides and accepting everyone as our own with kind heart,
always ready to help and understand all,
without dwelling in what others are doing,
keep caring and helping the world to improve it is the Philosophy of KINDNESS.
