Now, let us pray.

Heavenly Father,

I come before You with humility and faith, acknowledging the patterns of pain and struggle that have passed through generations. Some burdens I did not choose, yet they have affected my life and my heart. Today, I bring them all to You.

By Your grace and power, break every cycle that brings hurt, fear, failure, division, or despair. Heal the roots of these struggles, not just the symptoms. Where there has been pain passed down, release healing. Where there has been bondage, release freedom.

Replace every harmful pattern with Your blessing. Establish new paths of peace, faith, wisdom, and love—for me and for those who come after me. Let my life be a turning point where healing begins and hope is restored.

I trust You to do what I cannot do on my own. I receive Your freedom, Your restoration, and Your peace.
