2023 loan level price adjustment update! What you need to know!

A big day and amazing win for the housing industry with the Federal Housing Finance Agency's rescinding of their loan level price adjustments which would be based on the borrower's total debt-to-income ratio. This was originally set to go into effect on May 1, 2023. The change would have created an adjustment for mortgages with DTI's higher than 40% that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac would acquire.
