The launch event took place on November 18, 2024, at the prestigious Press Club of India, New Delhi.
These books are a tribute to the art of cooking, showcasing innovative recipes and techniques designed to inspire both aspiring home cooks and seasoned professionals. Master Chef Rajesh Kumar Sharma, a respected figure in the culinary industry, has meticulously crafted these works, blending tradition with modern flair.
The launch was attended by an esteemed panel of dignitaries like Chief Guest, Prof. Dhananjay Joshi, Vice Chancellor, Delhi Teachers University, Guests of Honour, Master Chef DavinderKumar, an icon in the Indian culinary scene, and Dr. Ajay Kumar Kaushik, Deputy Director, Delhi Tourism.
The program was divided into two segments. The first segment featured the official book launch, followed by speeches from the author and the distinguished guests. The second segment included an engaging panel discussion with contributing chefs, moderated by Dr. Amna Mirza, an academician from Delhi University.
