What started as a desire to explore making my own amen break and playing with it, ended up with a basic recreation of the amen break and some super spammed tape effect piano plinks type jam. I liked the way the quicker urgent amen break beat leaned against the slow off beat/time piano lines.

Piano lines are kind of questioning and unsure whilst the drums are really confident and know the way.

The metallic little percussive arp (thanks again to ‪@madzpanda‬ sample pack, this time a casio sample) was a nice way to fill in the middle speed between the piano and amen break.
