How to: Upgrade your E90/E92 Front Control Arm Bushings (POLYURETHANE VS RUBBER)

Today, I show you how to replace the front control arm and tension arm bushings on your E90 or E92 BMW, and instead of installing the same rubber bushings, we upgrade to Powerflex polyurethane bushings! These upgrades will make the car handle much more precisely, and reduce the "slop" you get from rubber bushings.
