This video shows how to replace the MAP sensor and vacuum hose, and the Air Injection Change Over Valve vacuum hose on the Mercedes M112 or M113 engines, found in many MB's from about '98 to 2006. Check the Pinned Comment or below for Timestamps, Part numbers, and Torque values:

00:27 Diagnostics (P0400, P0106 codes)
02:23 Remove MAP sensor bolt (E8)
02:59 Disconnect MAP sensor hose
03:38 Disconnect MAP sensor electrical connector
04:22 MAP sensor MB part number: A 004-153-32-28
04:32 Reconnect MAP sensor hose
04:58 Reconnect MAP sensor electrical
05:45 Reinstall bolt (E8)

Hose replacement - MAP sensor hose:
06:00 Hose access if you need to work around the Secondary Air Pump
07:55 Remove the Secondary Air Pump (E10)
09:24 Hose layout behind the air pump
09:42 Remove the MAP sensor bolt (E8)
10:07 Disconnect the hose from the MAP sensor
10:39 Disconnect the MAP sensor hose at the manifold
11:31 Cut replacement hose: 3.5mm ID hose, or MB part 117-
997-09-82
13:25 Install new MAP sensor hose
14:05 Install MAP sensor bolt (E8)

Hose replacement - Air Injection Change Over Valve hose:
14:30 Disconnect the hose from the manifold
15:04 Disconnect the hose from check valve
15:50 Cut a new hose (also 3.5mm ID, or MB part 117-997-09-82)
15:57 Test the check valve (MB part 001-140-66-60)
17:08 Connect the new hose
17:50 Re-install the check valve

18:28 Important notes about the Flap actuator hose (don't mess with it!)

21:01 Another easy 3.5mm ID hose to replace while in here

21:30 Re-install the Secondary Air Pump (E10, torque is 106
inch-lbs or 12 Nm)
