Only one person took us up on our Daily Walk Challenge. But it was a challenge we thought up just for our personal benefit in order to form more consistent habit of walking outdoors and for gradually longer distances.
We are happy that we walked daily all but the 20th day (Sunday). Compared to very athletic people it is a small accomplishment but for us it was, at times, difficult. Let’s see if my theory that by walking for 21 consecutive days we’ve formed a walking habit.
