My Mom created a garden in our sorroundings and I call it Nature at home and she has plant called Kamias. This known as Averrhoa Bilimbi in English, which is common in some local backyards in the Philippines and tropical Countries.

Another legacy of my Mom, easily available in the garden corner, she used it as spices in cooking fish sinigang, pinangat and others that needs to taste a little sour, instead of using venigar and she makes juices out of it for refreshments. This fruit has significant traces of vitamins B and C, calcium, phosphorus, iron and fiber and some other health benefits.

I love the versatility and good taste it provides!
