4 pound cow foot

🌼Seasoning
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp smoked
1 Tbsp all purpose season

🌼Herbs
1/2 bell pepper each
1 carrot
5 cloves garlic
2 stalk scallions
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1 Tsp pimento seed
1 Tsp ginger
1/2 onion
1 tomato
1 maggi stock cube

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp jerk marinate

🌼Pot
1 maggi stock cubed
1 Tsp all purpose season
1/2 Tsp jerk marinate
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 can butter beans

Cook cow foot till tender🤤
