Artoffact California Wildfire Relief is a new compilation from Artoffact Records, bringing together an incredible lineup of artists to support those affected by the California wildfires. It’s free to download on Bandcamp, but if you can, we encourage you to donate—100% of Artoffact's proceeds will go to MusiCares to help with wildfire relief efforts. The compilation focuses on Los Angeles-based artists from the Artoffact roster, though Bootblacks are also included since vocalist Panther is originally from LA. Every artist featured has either recently released music with Artoffact or—hint-hint—has something new on the way.

Each artist contributes two tracks, giving you a stacked collection of music spanning darkwave, post-punk, industrial, and electronic sounds. The lineup includes The Discussion, Male Tears, SOFT VEIN, Kontravoid, Sacred Skin, Cevin Key, Lead into Gold, Bootblacks, Download, and platEAU. There are some killer collaborations here too—Cevin Key’s tracks feature IAMX and Edward KaSpel, while Kontravoid appears with that electrifying Nuovo Testamento collab. Plus, you get music from legends like Paul Barker (Ministry) with Lead into Gold, alongside rising artists making waves in the scene.

Whether you’re a longtime Artoffact fan or just discovering these artists, this is a must-have release. It highlights both the label’s iconic acts like Cevin Key, Download, and Bootblacks, and fresh talent like Male Tears and The Discussion—Laura Pleasants’ (Kylesa) latest project.
