Do this in remembrance of me as often as you drink it.” 26 For every time you eat this bread and drink this cup, you are announcing the Lord’s death until he comes again.

The Bible is filled with stories showcasing God's consistent goodness, love, provision, and faithfulness, encouraging active remembrance and trust in His ongoing work in our lives, even when circumstances shift. The stories teach us that remembering God involves recalling that His nature is merciful, loving, powerful, unchanging. He delivers His people from slavery, He provides personal forgiveness and healing, and performs wondrous works, and miracles. Practicing remembrance builds our faith by reflecting on His faithfulness, it establishes gratitude, and gives us strength for present and future challenges. The enemy of God is always going to try and still the peace that God gives us. He will try and kill our hope for a future that is filled with love and happiness. He will try and destroy our faith that God is who he says He is, and He does what He says He will do. It is our choice to remember that He has done miracles in the past, and He is doing them still today. Remember to look for Him at the moment we open our eyes every morning, and before we close them at the end of each day. Seek Him throughout out each day, look to be close to Him and hear from Him. Remember to give thanks for all He has already done for us. How he has brought us through so many hurts and disappointments, and losses. That in itself is truly a blessing, and a gift. When the enemy tries to convince us to worry, establish chaos in our lives, and tries to make us anxious and afraid . Remind him of his future. Remember we are more than conquerors through Christ who strengthens us. Remember we are more than the sum of our past failures. Remember we are who God says we are not who people try and tell us we are. Remember God is the same yesterday, today and forever. Remember we are loved by God and He is with us wherever we go…REMEMBER! Heavenly Father, thank You for Your unfailing goodness and faithfulness, which are constant even when circumstances change. Help us to recall Your past blessings and steadfast love, so we may trust Your plans, find hope in Your presence, and live to reflect Your character in our daily lives, acknowledging that every good gift comes from You. Lord, You are the Father of lights, the source of all that is good and true. Thank You for Your consistent character and the perfect gifts You provide". Remind us of all You have done, both in Scripture and in our personal journeys, to show Your faithfulness". Strengthen us to trust Your guidance when we face struggles or fear, and to see Your hand even in difficult situations. • Help us to offer a sacrifice of praise, to be a blessing to others, and to live lives that magnify Your goodness, today and always. In Jesus name we pray.
