In this episode of Birria World, Raul Luis takes us through the traditional Birria making process. He prepares Birria in his Los Angeles restaurant, Chalio's. This was the first restaurant that his father opened in the 1970s and became a huge successs. Later, opening up other Birria restaurants in Los Angeles and Texas.
