http://www.whatsthe411.com --In this video recorded on January 5, 2016, Kizzy Cox is explaining that there are more woes for Bill Cosby in the New Year. After battling allegations from more than 50 women that he drugged and sexually assaulted them in incidents dating back to the 1960s, Cosby is facing criminal charges for the first time.
Andrea Constand, a former employee at Temple University, Cosby's alma mater, said he assaulted her back in 2004, she made a complaint back then but the D.A. didn't find enough evidence to bring charges against Cosby at the time.
Constand then filed a civil suit in 2005 which was settled for an undisclosed amount. Ironically it's that 2005 deposition that Cosby gave and came to the light this year that the newly-elected D.A. of Montgomery County used to charge Cosby just days before the 12 year statute of limitations on the case was set to run out. Cosby is charged with felony aggravated indecent assault, if he's found guilty the 78-year-old could face 10 years in prison.
