Professor Nicola Curtin, Newcastle University, describes the development of the PARPi, Rubraca®, as well as the part scientists in Newcastle University played, and the collaborations with scientists in academia and the pharmaceutical industry that enabled Rubraca®'s final development to the approval stage.
