project reborn -rosa (has like 10 mods built in it does all the remaster stuff textures and more)
4k props-signs-hydrants-etc.
per pixel lighting (this dose all the heavy lifting with the lighting)
rain noise fix (I feel this is needed)
smoothed mesh pack (hard to explain but the arena looks better)
turn signals
real water hd - v1.5
protect v vegetation
night -
(this adds lights into most windows to make the world look more lived in)
more objects
detailed map and compas - (iv turned Hud off for video but look's amazing I suggest it highly)
fov changer - (this breaks sniper rifle slightly) - (fov is 90 not 70)
improved default cars
mobile character's - (these look amazing)
mobile Ui/Hud - (this looks amazing)
proper fix's
proper reflections on charters and cars
rosa optimized Pacht
(mood loader / Cleo / no cheat menu)
it was hard finding this many mods and having no issues lol
(The game is not version 1
I don't know what version it is but it's a new version)
