Hello,
In today's FS19 timelapse we have to bring in our first cut of grass. Around noon we start swathing our grass. For this we use our Fendt Farmer 108S and our SIP Favorit 220 belt rake. After an adventurous swath of our grass on the slopes of Walchen, the round baling begins. For this we use our Deutz DX 140 and our old Sipma Z230 round baler. The baling begins. After just a few bales, we noticed a loud squeak in our old round baler. After a while it smells burnt! We stop and take a closer look at the baler. To be on the safe side, we bring our old baler to the local agricultural machinery dealer for a check. Fortunately, we can get a New Holland Roll-Belt 150 from the dealer. The baling can go on. Our Deutz DX 140 struggles on the steep slopes and sometimes reaches it's limits. But the round baling is successfully without bales rolling down the steep slope. Then we collect our grass bales for later wrapping, for this we use our Fendt Farmer 108S and our Eicher EA800 Wotan. Neighbor Bernd, who would like to do an apprenticeship to be a farmer, is helping us. While helping us on our farm, he can gain important experience in the agriculture before his apprenticeship.
